A wrong interest rate or tax threshold in a personal finance article is not a minor editorial issue — it can lead readers to make the wrong financial decision. We treat corrections accordingly.
How to flag an error

Our response
We acknowledge within one working day. Confirmed corrections are published within 24 hours (48 hours maximum).
How we correct
Top of the article. Date stamped. Specific — we name what was wrong and what the correct figure or fact is. We do not silently edit published content.
Rate and figure updates
Where a rate changes after publication (base rate move, new tax year thresholds), we update the article and note the update date. This is distinct from a correction — the original figure was accurate; circumstances changed.
