He also held positions at Goldman Sachs earlier in his career.

I am confident we will accelerate growth, drive productivity and future-fit Heineken, winning the hearts of consumers worldwide

Blair had led Danaher as CEO since 2020, navigating the company through post-pandemic market shifts and acquisition-led expansion in the healthcare sector.

During her six years with the company, Montgomery has played a key role in transforming Danaher and its Diagnostics platform into a market-leading franchise, helping grow it from US$6bn to US$11bn. She led the recent acquisition of Masimo and the pending acquisition of StatLab as part of her strategic responsibilities for the platform.

With more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, commercial operations and research and development, Montgomery will drive the firm's innovation strategies and further growth initiatives for shareholders.

Joe Jordan Promoted at Domino's
